United Kingdom-trained psychologist Zuleikha Sayani is transforming Dubai’s luxury lifestyle by placing emotional wellness at the heart of indulgence.
In a city celebrated for its skyline, style, and sophistication, Zuleikha Sayani is offering something even more exclusive: mental clarity. A rising icon among Dubai’s elite, Zuleikha has become the name behind emotional balance for high-net-worth individuals who are realising that true luxury lies in inner peace.

Educated at two of the United Kingdom’s highest-tier institutions—the University of Warwick (Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honours) and King’s College London (Master of Science in Mental Health Studies with Distinction)—Zuleikha applies academic smarts to luxury wellness. Her professional practice is reinforced by being a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Middle East Psychological Association (MEPA) and as a registered practitioner with the United Arab Emirates Community Development Authority (CDA). Zuleikha’s practice crosses cultures and continents and from strength to strength, where quality work is being done both in the public arena and private sector.

She has also conducted successful psychological treatment within the United Kingdom’s National Health Service (NHS), namely at the excellently rated South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, and has and still engages heavily in private practice in Dubai.

As Head of Clinical Services at Mintea Wellbeing, Zuleikha has long blended evidence-based therapies with bespoke wellness programmes — a sophisticated, digitally-enabled model addressing the needs of Dubai’s high-net-worth, multicultural clientele. Through Mintea she offers tailored support via modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-informed approaches — helping clients navigate mood, anxiety, identity, and self-esteem challenges with discretion and cultural sensitivity.

More recently, she has expanded her practice by joining Ardens Medical Center in Jumeirah as Clinical Psychologist. Ardens is the UAE’s first private standalone facility dedicated to integrated mental-health and addiction treatment — offering inpatient and outpatient care, medically supervised detox, dual-diagnosis support, and a broad spectrum of therapies under one roof.

In this role, Zuleikha brings the same therapeutic expertise — CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based and trauma-informed care — into a comprehensive, multidisciplinary environment that combines clinical excellence with privacy, multidimensional wellness and long-term support: enabling individuals to reclaim balance whether they are treating mental illness, addiction, or co-occurring conditions.

As a complement to her clinical practice, Zuleikha is also a leading voice in the world of wellness. She regularly writes on Medium, demystifying complex psychological theory into reflective pieces on emotional resilience, empowerment, and mental performance. She has presented at global conferences such as the British and Irish Group for the Study of Personality Disorders (BIGSPD) and Middle East Psychological Association (MEPA) Conference, in the name of opening landmark debates in trauma, personality disorders, and therapy innovation.

Her impact extends well beyond the therapy room. Through her work supporting complex clinical presentations, leading multidisciplinary discussions, and bringing psychological insight into community and professional spaces, Zuleikha has helped shift how mental health is understood and accessed in the region.

Her recognition as Young Achiever of the Year at the Filmfare Middle East Most Influential Women Awards 2025 reflects her growing influence as a clinician whose thought-provoking leadership is reshaping conversations in the psychological field and setting a new standard for compassionate, evidence-based care.
